Group safari coordination is its own service. We block multiple Land Cruisers (each fits 6 pax), assign a dedicated group coordinator who travels with you for pickup-to-dropoff, reserve a camp section large enough for your group, and adjust the food + show pacing to your group size. Standard pricing applies per person (AED 240 evening, AED 225 morning) with group discounts at 20+ pax.

Corporate retreats can add team activities (tug of war on sand, sand-volleyball, falconry demo, branded photo booth). Bachelor and hen parties add cake, branded tees, and dedicated photographer. Family reunions get extra-long camp tables. Send your group size, dates and add-on requests on WhatsApp — quote returns within an hour.

Step 1 — quote. WhatsApp +971 52 440 9525 with: group size, date(s), evening or morning preference, any add-on requests (corporate branding, vegetarian count, allergy declarations, kid count, hotel addresses if you know them). Quote returns within an hour during 06:00-21:00 daily.

Step 2 — confirmation. Quote includes per-person rate (after group discount), vehicle count, dedicated coordinator name, camp seating layout, and any add-on costs. Confirm via WhatsApp with deposit (typically 30% for groups 20+); balance at the camp on arrival.

Step 3 — pickup logistics. Multi-hotel pickup is coordinated via shared WhatsApp group with all guests added. Pickup window is 15:00-16:00 (evening) or 06:30-07:30 (morning). Guest list with hotel addresses sent to the dedicated coordinator 48 hours before the safari.

Step 4 — at the camp. Reserved camp section large enough for your group. Buffet portions adjusted for group size. Show timing slightly extended to accommodate larger groups. Group-specific photo zone for company branding.

Step 5 — drop-off. Multi-hotel drop-off in reverse pickup order. The Marina hotels drop first; downtown last; the team confirms each group section before leaving the camp.

Branded photo backdrop. Company logo on a 3x2 metre printed backdrop at the camp photo zone. AED 800 setup + delivery. Permanent installation if you book multiple weeks ahead.

Branded tees for each guest. Wholesale t-shirt printing arranged via local supplier. Quote per shirt depends on quantity and design complexity — typically AED 35-60 per shirt for groups 20-100. Add 7 days notice.

Sand activities. Tug of war on sand (AED 400 setup), sand-volleyball net (AED 600 setup), team-building dune climb relays (AED 200 coordination). Best for groups 8-30.

Falconry demonstration. 30-minute trained-falcon programme at the camp. AED 800 with 48-hour notice. Photo opportunities for every guest.

Dedicated photographer/videographer. AED 1,500 for 3 hours including photo + short video edit delivered within 7 days. Best for corporate retreats with social media plans.

Live entertainment. Live oud, live arabic music ensemble (3 musicians, 1 hour) AED 1,500. DJ set 2 hours AED 1,200. Add to the camp programme alongside the standard belly dance / tanoura / fire show.
