Yes - shared hotel pickup is free across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah for multi-hour rides and packaged tours like the BBQ desert safari and the hot-air balloon. Self-drive 30-minute buggy slots usually meet at the camp.
How will I know when the driver is here?+
We send a WhatsApp message the night before with the exact pickup window, then a fresh message on the day with the driver's name, vehicle and live ETA when he is on his way.
Can I book a private transfer?+
Yes - a private 4x4 with a dedicated driver is available across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. It's the easiest option for families with kids, hotels outside the standard pickup zones, or guests who want a faster door-to-camp run.
Where do self-drive guests meet?+
Most 30-min and 1-hour self-drive buggy and quad sessions meet at the Lahbab Desert camp, around 40 minutes south-east of Downtown Dubai. We share a Google Maps pin in the WhatsApp confirmation.
