Across all silos: free Dubai hotel pickup, helmet/goggles/gloves on self-drive sessions, lead-guide convoy, pre-session safety briefing, vehicle pre-ride and post-ride condition checks, iced bottled water during the session, post-trip review request via WhatsApp.
What's NOT included by default: photographer (separate add-on), drone footage (subject to UAE GCAA airspace approvals), traveller's own travel insurance with adventure coverage, food/drinks outside camp BBQ inclusions, gratuities (discretionary 10–15% for guides if service was good).
Optional add-ons by silo: balloon flight add-ons (edited video AED 2,000, birthday banner AED 700, paramotor AED 2,500), camp tier upgrades (Standard AED 125 → Premium AED 250), private safari upgrade, dedicated photographer.
Self-drive riders, groups, milestones.
Self-drive desert sessions suit guests 18+ (buggy driver), 13+ (quad rider on 220cc), 16+ (quad rider on 400cc and above), with comfort holding throttle and steering controls. Automatic transmission across the buggy fleet — no manual gearbox required. Lead-guide convoy means even first-timers feel comfortable inside the first 5–10 minutes.
Doesn't suit: guests with severe vertigo, conditions affected by sustained vibration, recent major surgery limiting mobility. Passenger seat in 2-seater buggies works for guests not driving themselves.
Group dynamic: convoys of 2–8 typical. Group bookings of 5+ unlock per-rider discount on the WhatsApp quote.
