Inclusions across this silo.

Across all silos: free Dubai hotel pickup, helmet/goggles/gloves on self-drive sessions, lead-guide convoy, pre-session safety briefing, vehicle pre-ride and post-ride condition checks, iced bottled water during the session, post-trip review request via WhatsApp.

What's NOT included by default: photographer (separate add-on), drone footage (subject to UAE GCAA airspace approvals), traveller's own travel insurance with adventure coverage, food/drinks outside camp BBQ inclusions, gratuities (discretionary 10–15% for guides if service was good).

Optional add-ons by silo: balloon flight add-ons (edited video AED 2,000, birthday banner AED 700, paramotor AED 2,500), camp tier upgrades (Standard AED 125 → Premium AED 250), private safari upgrade, dedicated photographer.

How is pricing displayed?+
All listed prices are in AED including 5% UAE VAT. Future localization columns (USD/EUR/GBP/INR/CNY/RUB) reserved for client population — show 'Coming soon' until enabled.
Can I get a discount?+
Group discounts unlock at 5+ riders on most silos. UAE-resident discount, student discount, corporate rates, combo discounts, and seasonal deals available. Confirmed in the WhatsApp quote.
Are payments secure?+
Card payments via UAE-licensed gateway (Telr, Network International, PayTabs class). PCI-DSS compliant. Cash in AED on pickup also accepted. No surcharge across methods.
Can I change my booking after confirmation?+
Modifications 96+ hours ahead: free, subject to availability. 72+ hours: subject to availability + small admin fee for substantial changes. Under 24 hours: same as cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy?+
96+ hours ahead: no fee. 72+ hours: 50%. Under 24 hours / same-day / no-show: 100%. Submitted via the same WhatsApp thread used to confirm.
