Every quote we send breaks into three lines: vehicle/activity cost, transfer + coordination, and add-ons. Vehicle/activity is the biggest line and scales with vehicle tier (1000cc vs Can-Am flagship), session length, and group size. Transfer is fixed by distance — Sweihan, Al Ain, Liwa, Empty Quarter each have a base figure. Add-ons (photographer, drone, premium camp seating, anniversary décor) sit on top.

Group discount lives in the vehicle/activity line. Groups of 5+ unlock per-rider price drops; groups of 8+ unlock per-couple discounts on top. Confirm group size early in the quote thread — restating it after the first quote means we adjust.

Season multiplier is a smaller line. November to February (peak) carries a small premium. June to August (low season) carries a small discount but with adjusted timings (early morning + late evening, midday closed for heat). Shoulder months (March-May, September-October) sit at base.

Deposit policy applies to long-distance overnights only. Liwa and Empty Quarter overnight bookings ask for ~30% deposit at confirmation; the balance settles on pickup. Half-day Sweihan trips usually run with full payment on pickup, no deposit. The quote spells out which applies.

The faster a quote arrives, the more useful inputs the first WhatsApp message includes. Date or date-range — single day for half-day trips, range for overnight or multi-day. Group size with adult/kid age breakdown — kids 9-12 affect vehicle eligibility (kids 90cc track is Dubai-only, AD trips skew 13+).

Pickup origin — Dubai hotel name (or area), Abu Dhabi area, DXB or AUH airport, or a guest-driven meeting pin near Sweihan/Liwa. Distance from pickup is the biggest single transfer-cost driver, so this input shapes most of the logistics.

Activity preference is the heart of the quote: dune buggy, quad biking, desert safari, or destination-led (Liwa, Empty Quarter, Al Ain). Combos welcome — buggy + safari, quad + camp BBQ, Liwa overnight + Empty Quarter day-trip. Tell us what landscape and energy level you want; the team picks the right route and machine.

Vehicle tier, if you have a preference: standard 1000cc, mid Polaris Turbo, flagship Can-Am Maverick X3, or top-tier Can-Am X3 RS Turbo RR. If you don't know, the team recommends based on your group's experience level.

Add-ons: photographer for the session, drone within UAE GCAA regulations, premium VIP camp seating, anniversary or proposal coordination, dietary preferences for camp BBQ. Bring these up in the first message — they shape the quote rather than getting bolted on afterward.

Optional but useful: rough budget per adult or per group. Sharing a target lets the team build the trip toward that number rather than overshooting and forcing a revision. We always offer a recommended option plus 1-2 alternatives at different price points; the budget hint helps shape the alternatives.
