RAK trips don't fit one-size-fits-all because the emirate offers four distinct landscapes — Jebel Jais mountain, Wadi Shawka canyon, RAK interior desert, Al Marjan coast. The quote model lets us mix-and-match around your group's energy, dates, and priorities.

Every RAK quote breaks into three lines: activity cost, transfer + coordination, and add-ons. Activity scales with what you're doing — Jebel Jais drive-up is cheaper than dune buggy session, which is cheaper than Wadi Shawka guided hike + lunch + transfer. Transfer is fixed by Dubai-to-RAK distance (~1h15min). Add-ons (zipline ticket booking, photographer, VIP camp seating, restaurant reservation) sit on top.

Combo discount lives in the activity line. Booking 2 landscapes in 1 day unlocks per-landscape price drops vs booking each separately. Booking 3+ landscapes (overnight format) drops further. The quote breaks the saving out so you see exactly what the combo earns.

Independent purchase line is unique to RAK. Jebel Jais zipline tickets, 1484 by Puro restaurant reservation, Al Marjan resort day-pass — bookings with third parties that we coordinate but don't bill. Quote notes which items fall outside our pricing so you can plan accordingly; payment goes direct to the operator on the day. We handle the timing logistics so the day flows.

Deposit policy: overnight bookings or larger groups (6+) typically require ~30% deposit at confirmation. Half-day Dubai-RAK trips usually run with full payment on pickup. The quote spells out which applies. Cancellation policy applies as standard across all bookings.

Faster quotes come from cleaner inputs. Date or date-range — single day for half-day, range for overnight or multi-day. Group size with adult/kid age breakdown — kids 5-10 unlock the Wadi Shawka + Jebel Jais + family safari pattern; kids 13+ unlock quad biking; kids 16+ unlock 400cc and above.

Pickup origin — Dubai hotel name or area, RAK hotel (Al Marjan, Mina Al Arab, Al Hamra), DXB or RKT airport. Distance from Dubai shapes the day's energy budget; RAK-based pickup unlocks 3-landscape day trips that aren't comfortable from Dubai.

Activity preference: which landscapes you want. Mountain (Jebel Jais), desert (buggy/quad/safari), canyon (Wadi Shawka), coast (Al Marjan), or combos. Most-booked: morning Jebel Jais drive + afternoon RAK desert safari, or morning Wadi Shawka hike + afternoon Al Marjan beach. Tell us your priority landscape.

Vehicle tier (for buggy/quad sessions): standard 1000cc, mid Polaris Turbo, flagship Can-Am X3 RS Turbo RR. If you're new to dune driving, standard tier is the sensible default; experienced riders unlock the flagship machines.

Add-ons specific to RAK: zipline ticket booking (independent purchase, we coordinate), 1484 by Puro restaurant reservation (independent), Al Marjan resort day-pass selection, photographer for any segment, anniversary or proposal coordination, dietary preferences for camp BBQ.

Optional but useful: rough budget per adult or per group. Sharing a target lets the team build the trip toward that number; the budget hint shapes alternative options. Independent-purchase items (zipline, restaurant, resort day-pass) sit outside our quote — we note which items fall on you to budget separately, with payment going direct to the third-party operator.
