The price ladder reflects the curated experience layers — you're paying for time on programme, not just balloon air time.

Sharing vs private. Sharing baskets seat 12-20 passengers per pilot. Private baskets (small at 2-5 pax, large at 15-20 pax) reserve the entire vessel. Pilot's attention, schedule flexibility, and add-on coordination all become exclusive — that's where the AED 12,500-20,500 price band comes from. Per-person at full capacity on the larger private basket (AED 1,025) is roughly equivalent to standard sharing; per-person on the smaller private (AED 2,500) reflects the exclusivity premium.

Child rates. Children age 5-12 ride at slightly reduced rates: AED 999 standard, AED 1,049 deluxe, AED 1,149 premium. Below age 5 not permitted on balloon. The child rate covers reduced weight allocation and sometimes a half-portion of the breakfast spread on deluxe/premium tiers.

Hotel pickup. Free across Dubai on every package. Pickup vehicle costs are bundled into the rate. No extra charge for far-out hotels (Palm, JBR, Marina) — same pickup window as Downtown hotels.

Add-ons. Optional layers — video footage, banner, photographer, cake — sit on top of the base package and bill separately at the camp or at booking. None are required for a complete experience; they exist for guests who want extras.

Book 1-2 weeks ahead in peak. December to February is peak balloon season; sunset slots fill fastest. Same-day or next-day usually OK weekdays in shoulder months (October, March-May).

Compare deluxe to standard. AED 100 more for breakfast + camel + falcon usually pays back. Most first-timers default to deluxe.

Group of 16+? Private wins. Per-person at 20 pax on private (AED 1,025) matches standard sharing. Plus you get exclusive basket, custom timing, and add-on options.

Pay at the camp. No advance payment required for standard bookings. Card and cash both accepted in AED. Private bookings with substantial add-ons may require deposit at booking — confirmed at quote.

Standard, Deluxe, and Premium prices listed are per-adult sharing-basket rates valid year-round inside the operating window (October to early May). Child rates apply to ages 5–12; minimum balloon age is 5. Below 5 is not permitted on shared baskets — private charter the only option for younger children with parental escort.

Private charter pricing is per-basket (not per person). Two formats: 2-5 pax small group (per-couple cost is the per-basket figure divided by occupancy you choose) and 15-20 pax buy-out (per-person at full capacity matches the standard sharing rate). Larger groups split into multiple coordinated baskets — confirm at quote stage.
