Dirt bike pricing.

Sessions over 2 hours are quoted individually on WhatsApp because we customise the route, the support vehicle and the guide format. Examples we've quoted recently include a 3-hour solo ride with photographer, a 4-hour two-rider duo, a half-day MX clinic with a former competition rider, and a full-day private convoy with Lahbab and Big-Red sections.

For a quote, send us your group size, target duration, riding history per rider, preferred date and any extras you want (photographer, drone, support 4x4, custom kit). We reply with a written quote and a written confirmation - no surprise add-ons.

Standard non-group bookings follow this schedule: 96+ hours before scheduled departure = no cancellation fee. 72+ hours before scheduled departure = 50% cancellation fee. Under 24 hours / same-day / no-show = 100% cancellation fee. Weather or safety cancellations from our team are rescheduled or refunded according to the service rules.

Late arrival can reduce your ride time because briefings, vehicle slots and guide rotation run on a schedule. Reduced ride time due to late arrival is not normally refunded. Send a WhatsApp message as soon as you know you will be late - we'll do our best to hold the slot.

The 30-minute KTM 450 rate at AED 850 is not a cheap rate, and we want to be honest about why. The bike itself is a current-spec race machine - new tyres, regular suspension service, fresh oil, a workshop standard much closer to private MX bikes than to a typical hire fleet. Insurance, vehicle registration, fuel, helmet and goggle replacement cycles, riding gear laundry, and the wages of a trained guide watching every lap all sit inside the rate.

What you don't see in the price: the ratio of riders to mechanic time. A 450 SX-F running on Lahbab sand needs more frequent attention than the same bike used at a hard-pack track in Europe. Sand abrasion, hot air, daily startup-shutdown cycles and rider variability mean a higher service hour count per rental hour. Cheaper rentals usually skip part of that cycle and pass the cost to the rider in the form of a tired, off-tune bike.

Compared to private ownership: a personal KTM 450 in the UAE costs roughly AED 35,000-45,000 used, plus annual service, plus storage, plus gear. For most visitors and even many residents, renting a maintained 450 a few times a year works out cheaper and easier than ownership.

Cash AED is accepted at the camp. All major credit and debit cards are accepted - tap, chip or contactless terminal at the briefing area. Apple Pay and Google Pay work from your phone or watch. We can also send a secure card-payment link inside the WhatsApp chat for advance bookings or for paying on someone else's behalf. Bank transfer is available for groups of 10 or more.

Tabby split-payments are not always offered on dirt-bike rentals - confirm in chat. Card payments accept any currency on the card; your bank handles conversion. Cash on arrival is AED only because reliable change in foreign currency is not always available.

For pairs and small groups (2-4 riders), we run a single guide and one sweep. The session pace flexes to match the slowest rider so the convoy stays together. If skill levels are mixed, expect the route to favour the rider with less experience - that is the right call for safety and the right call for the day overall.

For groups of 5 or more, we add a second guide and reshape the lap to keep the formation tight. Larger custom days are quoted with a dedicated coach, optional support 4x4, and either a single rolling format or split blocks where stronger riders peel off into a deeper line while newer riders stay closer to camp.

Multi-rider discount: not advertised on standard slots, but custom group quotes routinely come back with a per-bike discount when the group books a half-day or full-day window. Send group size and target duration on WhatsApp and we will quote it.
