Why ride with us instead of the dozens of other Dubai operators? Three reasons. First, every vehicle is owned and maintained in-house by our own mechanics — no third-party fleet, no surprise breakdowns. Second, we operate from our own Lahbab desert camp, which means free Dubai hotel pickup on every 1-hour and 2-hour ride and zero queueing. If you have never driven a side-by-side off-road vehicle before, the briefing covers everything in 15 minutes: throttle, brake, dune-cresting line choice, what to do if you stall mid-climb (you will not — the automatic transmissions are forgiving), and the standard radio call signs we use to keep multi-buggy convoys safe. Closed shoes are mandatory; loaner pairs are available at the camp if you arrive in flip-flops. Sandstorms are rare but real — if a forecast shows wind speeds above 35 km/h on the day of your ride, we will proactively offer a re-booking.

No driving licence is required. You must be 18 or older with a valid passport ID. Our team runs a 15-minute safety briefing and the buggies are automatic with simple gas-and-go controls.

06What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule on WhatsApp as early as possible. For non-group bookings, 96+ hours before departure has no cancellation fee, 72+ hours has a 50% cancellation fee, and under 24 hours has a 100% cancellation fee. A general 10% cancellation fee plus supplier fees may apply per the voucher. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are 100% cancellation fee. Group bookings (4+ pax) follow stricter rules. 07When is the best time to ride?
October–April, golden-hour 07:00 or 16:00 slots. Summer rides shift to early-morning and shorter durations once temperatures pass 42 °C.
08Who is responsible for buggy damage?
Safety gear and a guided briefing are included on every ride, but guests must follow the rental agreement and guide instructions. Dune buggies are for approved sandy/desert areas only — never public roads. Guests may be responsible for accident damage, collision, rollover, misuse or late-return charges per the rental agreement.
09Where do you operate?
Four Dubai-area dune systems: Lahbab Red Dunes (45 min from Downtown), Al Qudra (30 min from Marina), Big Red on E44, and Fossil Rock on the Sharjah border (2-hour package only).
10Is dune buggy rental dubai available year-round?
Yes — operated 365 days a year. Summer (May–September) shifts to early-morning slots only. Winter (October–April) is peak season with sunrise to sunset availability.
11What happens if I arrive late?
Please be ready 10–15 minutes before your pickup or ride time. Late arrival can reduce your ride duration because safety briefings and vehicle slots run on schedule. Reduced ride time due to late arrival is not normally refunded.
12What if the weather is unsafe?
If we cancel or delay a ride for safety reasons such as extreme weather, road access issues or official restrictions, we offer a reschedule or refund depending on the service and provider rules.
