- Reduced ride time from late arrival is not normally refunded.
- Helmet, goggles and gloves must be worn for the full session.

How much does quad biking in Dubai cost?+
Adult quads start at AED 200 (Yamaha 220CC, 30 min). Kids 90CC starts at AED 150. The flagship Yamaha Raptor 700 runs AED 795 for 1 hour and AED 1,550 for 2 hours. Full price matrix is on the quad cards above. All prices VAT inclusive, per rider.
What is the minimum age for a quad bike in Dubai?+
9 years on the Yamaha 90CC kids track (parental supervision required). 13 years on the Yamaha 220CC entry quad. 16+ on the 400CC and bigger-bore quads. The 625CC Sport and Yamaha Raptor 700 are restricted to riders 18+. Passport ID required at the camp.
Do I need a driving licence?+
No driving licence is required for self-ride quads on our private dune routes. Bring a valid passport ID. The team confirms eligibility before the safety briefing.
Can a passenger ride with me on a quad?+
Only the Yamaha 400CC Double is a tandem two-up unit. All other quads in the fleet are single-rider only — there is no quad passenger seat. For shared rides, the dune buggy fleet is a better fit.
Is helmet, goggles and gloves included?+
Yes — full-face DOT helmet, goggles and gloves are included on every quad ride at no extra cost. Closed shoes required (loaner pairs at the camp). Long sleeves and a buff recommended in summer.
Is there a guide on the ride?+
Yes. Every quad ride runs as a lead-guide convoy. The guide rides ahead at a pace your group can comfortably follow, calls dune line choice, and stops on demand for photos.
Is hotel pickup included?+
Free Dubai hotel pickup and drop-off is included on the 1-hour and 2-hour quad bookings. The 30-minute slot meets at our Lahbab desert camp, around 45 minutes south-east of Downtown Dubai.
Who pays if I damage the quad?+
Riders are responsible for damage caused by misuse, rollover, collision, reckless riding, off-route riding outside approved sandy/desert areas, or late return per the rental agreement signed at the camp. The briefing covers the rules in plain terms — no surprises.
What is the cancellation policy?+
96 or more hours before the ride incurs no cancellation fee. 72 or more hours before the ride incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Under 24 hours, same-day cancellations and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Quad bike or dune buggy — which is better?+
Quad biking is solo, body-weight-steered, and physically active. Buggies are seated, four-wheel chassis, and let two or four ride together. Pick the quad for raw feel and active control, the buggy for couples, families and shared comfort. Many guests book the buggy + quad combo to compare both.
Can children ride a quad bike?+
Children 9–12 ride the Yamaha 90CC on the fenced kids track only. They cannot ride the 220CC, 400CC or bigger-bore quads on open dune routes. Parents stay on the side of the kids track during the session.
When is the best time of day to ride?+
Sunrise (06:30–07:30) and sunset (16:00–17:30) windows are most popular October to April — golden light and cooler sand. Summer rides shift to early-morning only. We recommend booking 1–2 days ahead on weekends.
