Rental agreement summary
- Dune buggies are operated only on approved sandy/desert areas — never on public roads or streets.
- Guests must follow guide instructions and the safety briefing at all times.
- Damage from misuse, rollover, collision, off-route driving, or late return may be chargeable per the rental agreement.
- Drivers must be 18+ with a valid passport ID. Passengers must be 12+ with a guardian.
- Closed shoes required. Loaner pairs available at the camp.
- Safety gear (helmet, goggles, gloves) and guided briefing are included on every ride.
Cancellation policy
- 96+ hours before ride No cancellation fee.
- 72+ hours before ride 50% cancellation fee.
- Under 24 hours, same-day cancellation or no-show 100% cancellation fee.

Why is the Premium package private?
The Premium package is built on the assumption that you do not want to share your guide, your photographer or your dinner table with other guests. The buggy ride is private, the convoy is private, the BBQ camp seating is set away from the main camp. Pickup is the only shared touchpoint and even that is a premium SUV held for you only.
Can I propose during this package?
Yes — and this is the package most often booked for proposals. Tell us privately at booking and we coordinate the photographer to be in position at the ridge at the right moment, hold the convoy for ten quiet minutes, and (if requested) set up flowers or a cake at the camp. No upcharge for the moment, only for the props.
Is the photographer included or extra?
A professional photographer is included in the package price — covering briefing, ride, ridge stop and the BBQ dinner. Edited high-resolution gallery is delivered within 48 hours by WhatsApp. Drone footage is an optional add-on.
How is the BBQ different from the standard camp?
The Premium BBQ camp uses a separate quieter section of the camp with table seating (not the floor cushion seating in the main camp). The menu is upgraded — premium grill cuts, larger mezze spread, Arabic coffee service. The live show set is the same talent but you are seated closer with reserved spots.
Is the Premium SUV transfer different from standard?
Yes — the Premium SUV is a held vehicle for your booking only (not shared with other guests), with cold towels, bottled water and a meet-and-greet sign at your hotel. Drop-off is at the time you finish the BBQ, not on a fixed group schedule.
What is the cancellation policy?
For non-group Premium bookings, 96+ hours before departure has no cancellation fee, 72+ hours has a 50% cancellation fee, and under 24 hours has a 100% cancellation fee. Same-day and no-shows are 100% cancellation fee. If we cancel for safety reasons we offer reschedule or refund. Full policy at /cancellation-policy/.
