Rental agreement summary
- Dune buggies are operated only on approved sandy/desert areas — never on public roads or streets.
- Guests must follow guide instructions and the safety briefing at all times.
- Damage from misuse, rollover, collision, off-route driving, or late return may be chargeable per the rental agreement.
- Drivers must be 18+ with a valid passport ID. Passengers must be 12+ with a guardian.
- Closed shoes required. Loaner pairs available at the camp.
- Safety gear (helmet, goggles, gloves) and guided briefing are included on every ride.
Cancellation policy
- 96+ hours before ride No cancellation fee.

Is this a private package or shared?
The buggy ride is private to your couple — you have your own buggy with a guide ahead. Hotel pickup and the BBQ camp (if added) are shared services with other guests. If you want fully private transfer and camp, ask us for the Premium Package quote on WhatsApp.
Can my partner ride as passenger?
Yes. Couples typically pick a 2-seater buggy and one drives while the other rides shotgun. You can swap mid-ride at the photo stop if both want to drive — tell the guide on arrival and we will plan two short loops.
What time is the sunset slot?
Sunset in Dubai is around 17:30 in winter and 19:00 in summer — we pre-book your slot 45 minutes before sunset on the day of your booking, so the lighting is right. Pickup time shifts seasonally; we confirm by WhatsApp the day before.
Can we propose during the ride?
Yes — and it is one of the most common reasons people book this package. Tell the guide privately at the camp before the ride and we will hold the convoy at the signature ridge so you have 10 quiet minutes at sunset. No extra charge, but a heads-up helps us set the moment.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. Free SUV pickup and drop-off across Dubai is included on the 1-hour buggy ride. The total package runs roughly 3 to 4 hours door-to-door including transfer time. We confirm the pickup window the evening before.
What is the cancellation policy?
For non-group bookings, 96+ hours before departure has no cancellation fee, 72+ hours has a 50% cancellation fee, and under 24 hours has a 100% cancellation fee. Same-day and no-shows are 100% cancellation fee. If we cancel for safety reasons we offer reschedule or refund. Full policy at /cancellation-policy/.
