Rental agreement summary
- Dune buggies are operated only on approved sandy/desert areas — never on public roads or streets.
- Guests must follow guide instructions and the safety briefing at all times.
- Damage from misuse, rollover, collision, off-route driving, or late return may be chargeable per the rental agreement.
- Drivers must be 18+ with a valid passport ID. Passengers must be 12+ with a guardian.
- Closed shoes required. Loaner pairs available at the camp.
- Safety gear (helmet, goggles, gloves) and guided briefing are included on every ride.
Cancellation policy
- 96+ hours before ride No cancellation fee.
- 72+ hours before ride 50% cancellation fee.
- Under 24 hours, same-day cancellation or no-show 100% cancellation fee.

How are group rates calculated?
Groups of 4 to 12 guests get a custom quote based on your buggy mix (2-seaters vs 4-seaters), ride duration, and any add-ons (BBQ, camel, photographer, transfer). Send your group size, preferred date, and any add-ons on WhatsApp and we reply with a single bundled price.
Can mixed-skill groups ride together?
Yes — that is what the two-track briefing is for. Confident drivers are routed onto slightly more challenging dune lines while first-timers stay on the softer crests. The convoy regroups at the same ridge for the photo stop. Lead guide and sweeper guide manage both pace tracks.
Is there a group cancellation policy?
Standard group enquiries use the same cancellation model unless the written quote says otherwise: 96+ hours before departure has no cancellation fee, 72+ hours has a 50% cancellation fee, and under 24 hours has a 100% cancellation fee. Full policy at /cancellation-policy/.
Can we get a single bus instead of multiple SUVs?
Yes. Coach or minibus transfer is available on request — usually faster for larger groups and easier to keep everyone together. Pricing is added to the group quote. We coordinate hotel pickup as a single timed stop.
Do you handle stag / hen / corporate groups?
Yes — these are some of our most-booked group bookings. We can hold a private corner of the BBQ camp, organise group photos, and (where allowed) coordinate decorations. Tell us the occasion at booking and we plan around it.
Can we book a private guide?
Yes — every group booking comes with a dedicated convoy guide. We do not mix your group with other parties. If you want a fully private camp on top of that, ask for the Premium BBQ Camp upgrade — quieter, table seating, separate from the main camp.
