**Al Barsha + Mall of the Emirates:** Kempinski, Pullman, Crowne Plaza, all hotels around MoE. ~40 min to Lahbab.

**JLT + Discovery Gardens + Dubai Marina:** Bonnington, Movenpick JLT, Studio One, all JLT cluster hotels. ~50 min to Lahbab.

**Festival City + Creek Harbor:** InterContinental, Crowne Plaza Festival City, Vida Creek Harbour. ~50 min to Lahbab.

**DXB Airport:** Terminal 1, 2, 3 hotels (Dubai International). ~50 min to Lahbab.

Pickup window: typically 15 minutes wide on the confirmed pickup time. Driver arrives at hotel reception within the window; very occasionally traffic conditions push to 20-25 minutes — communicated via WhatsApp to the booking thread.

Be ready in the lobby: driver typically calls or sends a WhatsApp message on arrival to confirm. If the lobby is large (e.g. Atlantis, Burj Al Arab), tell the driver where you are or move to the main entrance.

Driver vehicle: SUV or van depending on group size. Air-conditioned, multi-passenger configuration. Solo guests typically pair with other solo guests or small groups in a shared transfer vehicle; private bookings get private vehicles.

ID check: bring passport (for tourists) or Emirates ID (for residents). Driver may verify the ID briefly to match against the booking record before departure. International driving licence not required for any silo (no public road segments are guest-driven).

Sharjah pickup: handled route-by-route depending on hotel location. Sharjah corniche, Al Khan, and Al Majaz hotels add ~15-20 minutes to the Lahbab transfer compared to Dubai.

Ajman pickup: feasible for Ajman-based guests; transfer time adds ~25-30 minutes. Mention origin at first WhatsApp message.

Fujairah pickup: less common for Lahbab-based silos due to drive distance. RAK and AD silos may be more efficient for Fujairah-based guests.

Abu Dhabi hotel pickups: fully supported for Abu Dhabi expeditions and balloon (Margham). Transfer time from Yas Island/Saadiyat/Corniche to AD silos varies by destination.

RAK hotel pickups: fully supported for RAK silos (Al Marjan, Mina Al Arab, Al Hamra). Faster on-day start than Dubai pickup for RAK trips.

DXB airport pickup: handled with terminal-specific instructions. Timing accounts for landing-to-terminal-exit lag (typically 30-60 minutes after landing depending on terminal and luggage). Provide flight number for the team to track real-time arrival.

GPS pin meeting: for guests who prefer to drive themselves to the launch site, the team shares a GPS pin near Lahbab/Margham/Sweihan. Saves the transfer cost; meeting time confirmed in the booking thread.

Pre-dawn pickup (for balloon flights, sunrise sessions): typically 04:00-05:00 from your hotel. The driver arrives outside reception silently to avoid disturbing other guests; please be in the lobby ready to depart.

Multi-stop pickup for groups across multiple hotels: route planned to minimize total transit time; group members at later pickups join an in-progress vehicle. Coordinate via WhatsApp before booking confirmation.
