Options.
Multiple payment methods accepted at Buggy Ride Dubai. UAE-licensed online gateway for card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), cash in AED at pickup or launch site, bank transfer with advance notice, gift vouchers redeemable across silos.
UAE-licensed gateway, Visa Mastercard Amex.
Card payments processed via UAE-licensed online payment gateway (typical providers: Telr, Network International, PayTabs). Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Visa Debit/Credit and Mastercard Debit/Credit fully supported.
Payment link arrives via WhatsApp at confirmation. Click the link, fill the card details on the gateway's secure page (PCI-DSS compliant), submit. Confirmation arrives within seconds; the booking is locked in.
No surcharge for card payment vs cash. Currency at the time of payment matches the displayed AED price; conversion to your home currency happens via your card's issuing bank, not via the operator.
Card refunds back to the original card via the same gateway. Visible on cardholder statement within 1 billing cycle (5-10 working days typical).
AED at pickup, or launch site.
Cash accepted in AED at pickup or at the launch site, depending on the silo. Driver collects on pickup for transfer-bundled bookings; lead guide collects at the launch site for guest-driven meeting points.
Exact change appreciated where possible. Drivers carry change up to AED 200 for typical small adjustments. Larger settlements use exact-change preferred.
Receipts: paper receipt issued on the day. Email receipt available on request via WhatsApp follow-up.
IBAN on request, for advance bookings.
Bank transfer accepted for advance bookings (typically 24+ hours before booking date). IBAN provided on request via WhatsApp; reference the booking date when initiating the transfer so the payment matches to the right booking.
Transfer typically clears within 1-2 working days for UAE-based banks. International transfers (cross-border) take 3-5 working days due to correspondent-banking routes.
Bank transfer fees on the sender's side (typical 0-50 AED depending on bank) are the sender's cost. Operator does not absorb sender-side fees.
Code-based, partial use.
Voucher redemption: send the 8-character voucher code via WhatsApp at the booking confirmation step. The team applies the voucher value to the booking total; balance (if any) collected via standard card/cash on pickup.
Partial redemption: if your voucher value exceeds the booking total, the unused balance remains on the voucher for future redemption within the 12-month validity window. Redeemed portion is tracked against the voucher record.
Voucher + card combo: vouchers can be combined with card or cash payment for the balance. No restrictions on combining.
VAT-compliant, for company bookings.
Corporate clients can request VAT-compliant invoicing for their bookings. Email [email protected] with company name, registered address, UAE VAT number (if applicable), and the booking details.
Invoice format: PDF with operator's UAE VAT number, itemized line items in AED, 5% VAT line, total. Suitable for finance-team expense reimbursement and company-card reconciliation.
Payment terms for corporate clients: standard is payment-on-pickup or pre-payment via card/transfer. Net-30 terms available for established clients with credit-check approval; coordinate via email.
