First quad ride in Dubai.
Never ridden a quad? You're in the most common group at our camp. Half of our daily riders are first-timers. Here's what to expect.
Pick the right machine.
Yamaha 220cc
The most beginner-friendly adult quad. Calm throttle, low seat, automatic transmission. Routed onto smoother Lahbab dune lines. Age 13+. From AED 200.
View Yamaha 220cc →Quad Bike 400cc
The most-rented adult machine. More dune-climb authority than the 220cc but still beginner-comfortable with a guide. Age 16+. From AED 250.
View 400cc →Kids 90cc
For children 9–12 only. Speed-limited. Fenced kids track. Parent-watch zone. Not on open dune routes.

- Closed shoes that cover the ankle (loaner pairs at the camp)
- Long sleeves — sun protection on dune ridges
- Breathable trousers — jeans or sport pants work
- Buff or scarf for sun + sand
- Sunglasses (we provide goggles over them)
- Sunscreen for face and arms
- Avoid open sandals, scarves, loose jewellery, hooded shirts
What the briefing covers.
Three things to ask the guide.
"Can we go slower?"
Always OK to ask. The guide adjusts pace to the slowest rider. Speak up before the route — it's normal.
"Can we stop for a photo?"
Yes. Photo stops are included on every ride. Mention before you leave the camp where you'd like to stop.
"Can I switch quads?"
Mid-ride: usually no. Mid-camp before the ride: yes if a unit is free. The 220cc to 400cc step-up is the most common swap.
Ride smart.
- Quads run on approved sandy/desert areas only — never on public roads.
- Riders follow guide instructions and the briefing at all times.
- Damage from misuse, rollover, collision, reckless or off-route riding, or late return is chargeable per the rental agreement.
- Closed shoes required. Helmet, goggles and gloves must be worn for the full session.
Plans change.
