TURBO
Quad Bike 400cc Turbo
The natural step up. Turbocharged 400cc with stronger top-end and the headroom to chase steeper Big Red faces — for intermediate riders who've outgrown the standard 400cc.
Why pick the Quad Bike 400cc Turbo.
The 400cc Turbo is the same chassis as the standard 400cc with a turbocharger added — bigger top-end, stronger mid-range, and the headroom to chase steeper Big Red faces that the naturally-aspirated 400cc finds heavy. The throttle is sharper, so the team routes intermediate riders here who've outgrown the standard but aren't ready for the 700cc Grizzly's weight or the sport-frame chassis of the 625cc/Raptor.
Suspension is set up to handle the extra power. Riders feel the difference immediately on a Lahbab climb — where the 400cc lifts off the line, the Turbo punches.
What the ride feels like.
Throttle response is sharper. Where the standard 400cc walks up to speed, the Turbo punches. Big Red detours are comfortable on this machine — including the upper faces — and the 1-hour and 2-hour packages open up route options that the standard 400cc cannot finish in time. The lead guide adjusts pace for the extra speed.
Best for.
Right rider profile
Intermediate riders who've done a 400cc ride before. Anyone targeting Big Red ridge work. Repeat guests upgrading from the standard 400cc on a return visit.
Where it runs
Lahbab full loop and Big Red ridges. Suitable for upper Big Red faces with the guide's approval. Not yet flagship-grade for Fossil Rock — that's the 625cc Sport or Raptor 700.
