Desert guide: lead-guide role across Lahbab, Sweihan, and selected RAK desert routes. Required: 3+ years off-road convoy experience, valid UAE driving license, English plus one of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog. Preferred: prior tourism-operator experience, certified first aid, multi-vehicle convoy management.
Quad bike instructor: instructor role across Yamaha 220cc through Raptor 700cc machines. Required: 2+ years instructor experience on quad/ATV equipment, briefing-delivery confidence in English, comfort working with mixed age groups (13+ to adult).
Hot air balloon pilot: DTCM-licensed balloon pilot working out of Margham launch. Required: current commercial balloon pilot license accepted in UAE airspace, weather-window judgement, passenger-briefing experience. Senior pilots and safety officers welcome.
Camp host and shift coordinator: BBQ camp programme management — dietary accommodations, live-show coordination, guest experience across the evening. Multilingual preferred. Hospitality-industry background welcome.
Vehicle technician: workshop technician with off-road powersports experience. Familiarity with Polaris, Can-Am, Yamaha equipment preferred. Daily pre-ride/post-ride logs, fleet rotation, parts inventory management.
Reservations and customer service: WhatsApp-first booking team. Required: strong English written and spoken, multi-language preferred, comfortable with high-volume message handling, customer-focused mindset, ability to hold quote thread context across days.
