Team building, client hosting, year-end.

Team-building format: half-day desert programme combining a buggy or quad session with the camp evening. Encourages cross-team collaboration through the convoy structure (sub-team buggies driving as a coordinated unit), and shared experience at the camp dinner. Group sizes 10–60.

Client hosting evenings: premium evening safari with a private 4×4, dedicated VIP camp seating, custom-branded photo backdrop on the dune at sunset, and the operator's photographer capturing the group across the evening. Standard format runs 4–6 hours.

Year-end parties: full corporate evening with the BBQ camp expanded — additional live show segments, longer dinner window, optional alcohol arrangement on selected camps, branded photo opportunities. Suitable 30–150 people.

Incentive trips: multi-day formats combining Dubai dune-line sessions with AD or RAK expeditions for top performers. Custom built around the company's reward structure and group composition.

▸ Branding and add-ons

Logos, photo backdrops, merch.

Custom branding options: branded photo backdrop on the dune (logo on a roll-up banner, lit by camp lights at sunset), branded helmets or vests for the buggy/quad session, branded camp signage, branded photo print frames for the photographer's output.

Merchandise pack add-on: branded water bottles for the convoy, branded photo prints with the company logo + event date, branded keychain souvenirs from the camp visit. Lead time 1–2 weeks for branded merchandise depending on volume.

Photographer add-on: full-event coverage from pickup through drop-off, edited deliverables within 48 hours via WeTransfer link with the company's brand watermark. Optional drone coverage subject to UAE GCAA airspace approval at the route.
