Buy a voucher via WhatsApp +971 52 440 9525. Choose a fixed amount (AED 250 / 500 / 1000 / 2000 / 5000) or a specific package (e.g. 30-min dune buggy, evening safari, balloon flight). Pay via card or bank transfer; voucher PDF emails to the recipient within minutes of payment confirmation.

PDF voucher includes a unique 8-character code, the amount or package, the recipient name, and the validity expiry date (12 months from issue). Redemption: recipient sends the code to +971 52 440 9525 with their preferred booking date and group size; the team applies the voucher value to the booking.

Vouchers redeem across every silo — dune buggy, quad biking, desert safari, hot air balloon, camel ride, dirt biking, combos, AD/RAK expeditions. Partial redemption supported (e.g. AED 1000 voucher used for a AED 600 booking leaves AED 400 balance for a future booking within the validity window).

Validity: 12 months from issue date. After the validity expiry the voucher cannot be redeemed. Extensions case-by-case for genuine circumstance (medical, travel restriction) — reach out before expiry to request.

Transfer: vouchers are transferable. The original recipient can pass the voucher PDF and the unique code to anyone — no name-locking. The transferred recipient redeems exactly as the original would.

Refunds: vouchers paid for and received but not yet redeemed can be refunded within 14 days of issue, minus a small processing fee. Vouchers redeemed (in full or in part) are not refundable; the redeemed booking follows the standard cancellation policy.

Lost or compromised codes: if you suspect your voucher code has been shared without consent, contact the team immediately. Codes are deactivated and reissued; the original purchaser provides booking-purchase verification.
