Discount scaling.
Per-rider discount unlocks at 5+ people on most silos. The base discount is typically 5–10% off the standard per-person rate. At 8+ people the discount tier increases. At 15+ the discount scales further. Exact percentage depends on silo, vehicle tier, and date — confirmed in the WhatsApp quote.
Combos are popular for groups: buggy + safari, quad + safari, balloon + safari. Combo pricing already carries a bundle discount; group bookings of 5+ on a combo unlock additional per-rider savings on top.
AD/RAK expeditions follow the same structure but the underlying rate is quote-based rather than fixed. Group quotes for AD/RAK arrive within an hour on WhatsApp during operating hours.
Single team, single billing.
Group bookings get a dedicated coordinator from first WhatsApp message through post-trip review collection. The coordinator handles vehicle assignments, dietary accommodations, group-pace adjustments, and any add-ons (photographer, branded décor for corporate groups, custom routing for milestone trips).
Single invoice for the full group simplifies expense handling for corporate clients and travel organizers. VAT-compliant invoices include the operator's UAE VAT number, the booked services itemized, and the total in AED. Payment by single card transaction, single bank transfer, or single cash settlement on pickup.
Day-of, the group rides as one convoy where group size allows, or splits into 2-3 sub-convoys with rotating lead/sweep guides for very large groups. Pickup and drop-off coordinated as a single trip plan; multiple hotels handled with a multi-stop pickup route.
