Expect reply within 5 minutes during 06:00–22:00 GST. Out-of-hours messages typically reply by 06:30 the next morning. Urgent same-day requests: phone the same number.

Transfer to launch site: 45 min for Lahbab/Margham, longer for AD/RAK. Use the time to charge devices, finalize photos, and review any briefing notes you have.
