Quote message structure: per-person price for your group on your date, recommended pickup time window, what's included, what's optional add-on, and any deposit policy applicable.

Most quotes break into: vehicle/activity cost, transfer + coordination, add-ons. Group discounts (5+ people) appear in the activity line as savings. Combo discounts (multi-segment bookings) show as a separate saving line.

Ask follow-ups in the same thread. Want to swap to a different vehicle tier? Ask. Want to add a photographer? Ask. Want to shift to a different date? Ask. Quote revisions are free until you confirm.

Reply 'yes confirm' (or similar) inside the same WhatsApp thread. The team responds with the confirmed booking message including driver name and direct contact, exact pickup time, and what to bring on the day.

Long-distance overnight bookings (Liwa, Empty Quarter, multi-day) trigger a deposit request — typically 30% paid via card or bank transfer at confirmation. The operator sends the payment link in the same thread; payment confirmation is immediate.

Standard half-day Dubai bookings have no deposit. Full payment happens on pickup via card, cash in AED, or any method previously coordinated.

The evening before your booked date: WhatsApp reminder with confirmed driver name, plate number, and pickup time. Save the driver's contact for direct coordination if needed.

Weather check applied: if forecast suggests cancellation risk (rare in Dubai but real for balloon flights and outdoor desert activities), the team flags this and pre-arranges a reschedule slot. You hear about any concerns before the morning of.

Pickup: driver arrives at hotel reception within the 15-minute window. Be ready in the lobby; the driver typically calls or messages the booking-thread number to confirm arrival.

Transfer to launch site: 45 min for Lahbab/Margham, longer for AD/RAK. Use the time to charge devices, finalize photos, and review any briefing notes you have.

Briefing: lead guide covers throttle/steering technique, terrain reading, hand signals, emergency stops. Most first-timers feel comfortable inside the first 5–10 minutes.

Ride and experience: the booked window. Photo stops on demand. Water and shade breaks scheduled into longer sessions.
