You're now on the Buggy Ride Dubai monthly briefing list. The first email confirms your subscription with a sample of recent content. Subsequent emails arrive on the first weekday of each month.
Content categories: seasonal availability and best-time-to-visit notes, new package launches, vehicle additions to the fleet, photo highlights from the past month, occasional partner announcements (operator-side relevant only). Format: HTML email with images and links.
What we don't send: daily deal blasts, sale-spam, third-party offers, marketing for unrelated travel verticals. Monthly cadence — never spam.
Monthly, respectful.
Frequency: 1 email per calendar month. Occasional second email only for time-sensitive announcements (UAE National Day deals window, Eid-period schedule changes). Strict cap of 14 emails per year maximum.
Format: HTML email with the brand styling. Plain-text fallback for users who prefer it. Mobile-optimized layout. Image alt-text on every image so screen-reader users get the same content.
Opt-out: 1-click unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. Clicking unsubscribes within seconds; no confirmation page or 'are you sure' friction. Resubscribe anytime via the website footer or by emailing [email protected].
What we store, what we don't.
Subscription record: email address, opt-in timestamp, opt-in source (website footer, post-trip prompt, or other). No other personal data tied to the email subscription unless you've also booked a trip — in which case the booking record stays separate.
Provider: the operator uses a UAE-licensed or GDPR-compliant email service provider for newsletter delivery. Specific provider named in the privacy policy; typical choices include Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar transactional email infrastructure.
Data export and deletion: email [email protected] requesting your subscription record export or deletion. Handled within 14 days. Subscription deletion is independent of booking-record deletion — both can be requested separately.
