Journalist trips, filming permits.
Working press visits: dedicated coordination for journalist trips. The operator covers the cost of the standard package being reviewed (dune buggy session, balloon flight, etc.) for verified press visits with a confirmed publication outlet. Coverage scope agreed in advance via the press-media email.
Location filming: commercial shoots filming on the operator's dune sites or with the operator's vehicles require advance permission and may require a location fee depending on shoot scale. Standard fees apply for: half-day (4-hour) commercial use, full-day (8-hour) use, multi-day shoots.
Filming permits: the operator does not directly provide filming permits — the production team is responsible for arranging Dubai Film Commission permits, drone airspace approvals (UAE GCAA), and any DTCM-related permissions. The operator coordinates the on-site logistics once permits are confirmed.
What's available, how to request.
