Within minutes, during operating hours.

Your message landed in the operator's WhatsApp Business account. During 06:00–22:00 GST, the reservations team responds within 5 minutes confirming availability and the per-person rate. Outside hours, the next-morning reply lands by 06:30.

Reply will include: confirmed availability for your date, per-person price in AED, suggested pickup time window, what to bring, and any add-ons relevant to your booking. Once you reply 'yes confirm', the booking is binding and the day-before reminder follows that evening.

If your booking involves long-distance overnight (Liwa, Empty Quarter, multi-day Al Ain), the team may ask 1-2 follow-up questions to firm up the route plan. Quote revisions are free until you confirm.

▸ Use the wait time well

Browse silos, read the FAQ.

Open the FAQ page at /faq/ — covers the 40+ most-asked questions across booking, pickup, vehicles, season, weather, accessibility. Most pre-confirmation questions have an answer there.

Browse the related silos. If you booked a dune buggy, the desert safari evening pairs naturally for a half-day combo. If you booked a balloon, the camp evening at standard or premium tier extends the experience. Sister-silo links surface on every silo page.

Read the team page at /team/ to see who runs your booking. Read the safety page at /safety-certifications/ to understand the operational standards. Read the cancellation policy at /cancellation-policy/ to know the rules before the day-of.

Backup channels, phone option.

If you don't see a WhatsApp reply within 10 minutes during operating hours, check that the message actually sent (look for the double-tick in WhatsApp). Network issues sometimes cause silent message failures.

Backup channel: phone +971 52 440 9525. Voice calls accepted during 06:00–22:00 GST. For urgent same-day requests, phone is the right channel.

Email: [email protected] — slower (24-hour reply during weekdays) but useful for non-urgent enquiries, document submissions, and multi-day expedition planning.
