Terms.

Fixed-amount voucher: AED 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 5000 denominations. Recipient redeems against any silo — dune buggy, quad, safari, balloon, camel, dirt, combo, AD/RAK expeditions. The voucher's AED value applies; balance covered by standard card/cash on pickup.

Package-specific voucher: gift a specific package (e.g. '30-min Dune Buggy 1000cc' or 'Standard Sunrise Balloon Flight') instead of a fixed amount. The recipient redeems against that specific package; if package price has changed by redemption time, the operator honors the original package selection without surcharge.

Family bundle voucher: customizable for couples (2-person voucher with 2 silos coordinated) or families (4-person voucher across age tiers). Useful for milestone gifts where the recipient wants flexibility on date.

Validity: 12 months from issue date. After the validity expires the voucher cannot be redeemed against new bookings.

Extension exceptions: genuine circumstances preventing redemption within 12 months — medical condition, travel restriction, regional security situation — qualify for case-by-case extension. Reach out before expiry to request; extensions are not automatic.

Time-sensitive redemption: peak-season slots (Christmas, New Year, UAE National Day, Eid weekends) book out 1-2 months in advance. Voucher recipients planning peak-season trips should book early.

Vouchers are transferable. The recipient can forward the voucher PDF and the unique code to anyone — friend, family member, colleague — and that person redeems exactly as the original would.

Gift handover: the operator emails the voucher PDF to the recipient's email at issue. Sender can also receive a copy for printing or hand-delivery. Recipient name on the voucher is editable; the operator updates if requested.

Lost or compromised codes: if you suspect your voucher code has been shared without consent, contact the team immediately. Codes are deactivated and reissued; original purchaser provides booking-purchase verification to authenticate.

Within 14 days of issue: vouchers refundable minus a small processing fee (5%). Original payment channel.

After 14 days, before redemption: not refundable but remains valid for redemption within the 12-month window.

After full redemption: not refundable. Standard cancellation policy applies to the redeemed booking.

After partial redemption: not refundable for the redeemed portion; unused balance on the voucher continues to be valid for future redemption.
