Sunset dunes, private camp.
Sunset dune photo shoot: 90-minute window starting ~45 minutes before sunset on a chosen Lahbab or Sweihan dune. Couple drives in via a private 4×4 with the photographer, walks to the chosen frame, captures portraits with the dune line and sunset behind. Dedicated photographer add-on coordinates focal lengths and lighting.
Private camp dinner: post-shoot transition to a private VIP camp section with reserved seating, custom décor (flower arrangements, candle table, optional draped fabric backdrop), camp BBQ buffet adapted for the couple's preferences. Music selection from the camp's standard programme.
Day-after photo shoot: morning Lahbab session for daylight portraits, falconry photo opportunity if booked, camel-ride sequence at sunrise. Pairs naturally with an overnight stay for couples extending the experience across two days.
Discreet planning, the moment, the photo.
Pre-arrangement on WhatsApp 1–2 weeks before the proposal date. Share the date, the chosen format (sunset dune, balloon at altitude, private camp at night, sunrise on Liwa Crescent), and any specific elements (cake, banner, ring-presentation moment timing). The team builds the day around the moment.
Discretion: the operator's team handles the proposal coordination silently. The partner being proposed to has no advance knowledge from the operator's side — communications stay with the proposer's WhatsApp thread only. Day-of, the chosen photographer is positioned out of frame until the moment.
Add-ons: cake delivery to the dune (pre-arranged, on dry ice for hot months), banner display on the dune ridge or balloon basket, ring-box pre-positioning at the photo composition spot, post-proposal champagne (where appropriate). Each add-on is itemized in the quote.
