▸ FAQ — Single Quad Package
Common questions.
Which quad does the single package include?+
Default machine is the Yamaha 400cc single-seater — the most-rented adult quad. You can swap to the 220cc, 400cc Turbo or Grizzly 700 at the camp at no charge if a unit is available.
How long is the ride?+
The single package is the 1-hour Lahbab loop. Add 15 minutes for briefing and helmet fit, plus drive time. Total programme is around 4 hours door-to-door.
Is hotel pickup included?+
Yes. Free pickup and drop-off across Dubai is included on this package. We confirm the pickup window on WhatsApp the evening before.
Can I upgrade to a longer slot?+
Yes — extend to a 2-hour ride at the camp for a fee, or book the 2-hour upfront on WhatsApp. The 2-hour slot opens up Big Red detours and more photo windows.
What is the cancellation policy?+
96 or more hours before the ride incurs no cancellation fee. 72 or more hours before the ride incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Under 24 hours, same-day cancellations and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee.
