Is 30 minutes enough for a quad ride?+
Yes — for a first taste. You get a guided Lahbab loop, one photo stop, and time to feel the throttle. For a deeper experience and free hotel pickup, step up to the 1-hour slot.
Which quads run on the 30-minute slot?+
Six of our eight quads — kids 90cc, Yamaha 220cc, 400cc single, 400cc double seater, 400cc Turbo, and Grizzly 700. The Sport 625cc and Raptor 700 are 1-hour minimum machines.
Is hotel pickup included?+
No — meet at the Lahbab desert camp, around 45 minutes south-east of Downtown Dubai. Hotel pickup is included on the 1-hour and 2-hour slots.
Can I extend during the ride?+
Yes if a slot is free. Tell the guide — most days the team can confirm in 2 minutes and bill the difference at the camp.
What is the cancellation policy?+
96 or more hours before the ride incurs no cancellation fee. 72 or more hours before the ride incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Under 24 hours, same-day cancellations and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee.
