Is hotel pickup really free?+
Yes. The 1-hour and 2-hour bookings include free pickup and drop-off at any Dubai hotel. The 30-minute slot meets at the camp.
Can I do Big Red on the 1-hour ride?+
Short Big Red detours yes on the 400cc Turbo, Grizzly, Sport 625 and Raptor 700, with the guide's approval. For the upper Big Red faces or Fossil Rock, book the 2-hour slot.
Which quad works best on a 1-hour first ride?+
Most first-timers go with the 220cc or 400cc single. Confident solo riders default to the 400cc Turbo. Families pick the 400cc Double Seater for parent + child.
What is the cancellation policy?+
96 or more hours before the ride incurs no cancellation fee. 72 or more hours before the ride incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Under 24 hours, same-day cancellations and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee.
