How is the 2-hour different from the 1-hour?+
The 2-hour adds a deeper Lahbab loop, optional Big Red ridge work on Turbo and bigger machines, and the Fossil Rock route on the Sport 625 and Raptor 700. Photo time is roughly doubled.
Can I really do Fossil Rock on a 2-hour ride?+
Yes — on the Sport 625cc or Raptor 700, weather permitting. Confirm with the team on WhatsApp before booking. The route is closed in extreme heat or low visibility.
Is the 2-hour too long for a first-timer?+
Doable but not what we recommend. First-timers usually start with the 1-hour and extend to the 2-hour on a return visit. If you've ridden a quad before, jet skis or sport bikes, the 2-hour is fine.
Is hotel pickup included?+
Yes. Free pickup and drop-off across Dubai is included on every 2-hour booking — no surcharge.
What is the cancellation policy?+
96 or more hours before the ride incurs no cancellation fee. 72 or more hours before the ride incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Under 24 hours, same-day cancellations and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee.
