Why ride at Lahbab.

Lahbab is the bowl of red dune territory south-east of Dubai — about a 45-minute drive from Downtown — and the location where Buggy Ride Dubai runs its desert camp. Sand here is fine, deep, and warm orange-red in colour, with dune heights ranging from gentle 10-metre rollers to 50-metre crests on the inner ridges. Every quad in our fleet runs at Lahbab every day.

The route network is established. Our kids track is fenced and dedicated. The beginner adult lines stay on smoother sand. The 400cc and bigger machines roam the inner ridges and the upper bowl. Everything starts from the camp, where the briefing happens, helmets fit, and water is iced.

Sand quality, dune variety, proximity. Lahbab has the right balance — tall enough to feel real, gentle enough for first-timers, and 45 minutes from Downtown so a half-day works. Our camp is here, so every quad ride starts and ends at Lahbab.
How do I get to Lahbab?+
Hotel pickup is included on the 1-hour and 2-hour bookings. The 30-minute slot meets at the Lahbab desert camp — pin shared on WhatsApp at booking. Self-drive takes around 45 minutes from Downtown via the E66 / Hatta road.
Which quad is best for Lahbab?+
Depends on your experience. First-timers do the 220cc or 400cc single. Confident riders default to the 400cc Turbo. Repeat customers go to the Sport 625 or Raptor 700 for the inner ridges. The kids track is exclusively the 90cc.
Is Lahbab open year-round?+
Yes — daily, 365 days a year. Summer (May–September) shifts to early morning slots before the sand temperature rises. Winter (October–April) is peak season with sunrise to sunset availability.
Are there other locations?+
Yes — Big Red and Al Qudra are nearby. Big Red is reachable as a detour from Lahbab on the 1-hour and 2-hour rides. Al Qudra is a separate booking — closer to Marina, more golden colour, gentler grades.
